Factory Built Homes - Delivered in One Day!
A benefit for Factory Built Custom Homes is that the delivery can typically happen in one day. The home is finished at the factory and inspected by the Colorado Department of Housing.
After final inspection, you come to the factory for a Pre-Delivery Walkthrough. During that time, you are shown how to care and use your new home. The delivery will also be scheduled for the home.
On delivery day, a crew comes along with the home to complete the work of setting and tying down the home.
